Its been quite a fiasco really, initially we couldn't find a kitchen Island that we liked and the flat seriously lacking both surface space to prepare and storage space it was something that we knew we had to purchase eventually.
In September we found cupboards that matched our existing kitchen in MFI and so ordered and paid for it at last.
The cupboards arrived by October and we hired a joiner to come and put them together, considering the incredible weight of the granite top we had ordered. Finally it was ready and I had to call the granite people directly to arrange for them to come and measure to build a template for the granite. Then on November 27th, over 2 months down the line we hear MFI has gone into liquidation when we receive a call from the Granite Company saying MFI have said they will not fullfill our order but we could deal with them directly.
For over 2 months we have had cupboard with no top, making the whole kicthen look unsitely and partially finished, They are due in 90 minutes to change that and the transformation can be complete before Christmas.
Having seen blips of it over the past few weeks, why are they not showing the Coke Holidays are coming advert? Instead we have the Coke through the years one. Come on Coke, its not Christmas without "Holidays are coming". Merry Christmas everyone.
