Today is our departments Christmas meal. The original party was due to be next week at an undisclosed location, but due to the state of the world and the negative publicity right now, much like many in the Industry,this years staff party was cancelled.
Instead my team has booked a restaurant and at 7PM tonight will head off for a festive frollick. There is talk of going somewhere afterwards, but I am thinking with it being a school day and all I should be heading home soon after. We have a four course meal with a light mid course between starter and main. Only they didnt call it a mid course on the menu, instead it was listed as "intercourse". Who on earth calls a mid course intercourse? Naturally everyone has been asking who's having intercourse. They say I am full of puns and innuendo. How very dare they.
