With the news yesterday from Mervyn King, head of the Bank of England that this is now the worst of economic times for Britain since the second World War it is clear that the governments policies to pull Britain out of recession are not working.
Yesterday the very man that Gordon Brown called upon to help advise on the monetary policies was forced to resign following his being fired for standing up to the fat cats and their potential dangers to the banking industry as a whole.
With 1.79 Million people in this country now out of work and this figure expected to reach 3 Million by the end of the year its clear that Britain isnt working, the economic stimulus policies are not working and as far as I can see its nowhere near getting any better.
This week on the news there is more about the farce that is the MPs expenses of up to £28,000 per year to pay for a second home in London, meanwhile the Home Security chooses not to live in the home provided in Fabulous Belgravia and instead claims the expenses and then lives at her sisters. This is nothing but pure fraud. If it were you and I or any non MP we would face prosecution, a criminal record and potential jail or a fine. They are the most corrupt people you could ever read about.
Far from having the confidence in Labour to come up with policies that will bring us out of recession I like many others have lost all confidence in them. Further more, as we see posters around the land stating "Every Child Born in Britain today is born owing £17,000 in national Dept). Meanwhile Gordon and his clowns keep spending.
It made me ask myself who do Labour now represent? Anyone but themselves? They pushed through the EU Constitution that we didnt want. They bought us leaps and bounds forward under Tony Blaire with equality for the GBLT community but what do they do now? Raise Taxes, Encourage mass immigration, increase national debt and encourage people to not work by offering the best benefits package in Europe. If it were not true the refuges would not be piling up in Calais waiting to find a way to Britain.
The fact my friend gave up a full time job on over £30K to go on benefits prooves how crazy this country has become. Seems the only suckers are the hard working middle classes. Time to stand up Britain and let your thoughts be known. Why do we have a man who "Took Over" without winning an election running the country? A man who's constantly saying "We will do whatever it takes", but has yet to do anything to bring us out of recession. Woopie 2.5% off VAT. All that does is increase their borrowing further as the public purse shrinks further.
Meanwhile Americas new stimulus pouring $7,0000,000,000 into the US economy by tax cuts will give money back to the middle classes. My guess is tax cuts like that over here will never happen. Seems the only people labour now represent are those that dont contribute to the country and tax cuts to the non workers are non existent.
If I were PM one of the first things I would do is demand our rebate back from Europe. Yes Maggie Thatcher got us 3 Billion of our £9B back in a rebate that Gordon gave away last year. In return, he was hoping for concessions on farming regulation that never happened. In truth the only people in Europe that seem to abide by the EU laws are the UK. The fools of Europe. We need a new leader, we need a new government and we need change and now. With Mervyn King saying the recession is likely to last into 2012 why dont you do us all a favour and let us have a change now, call an election and let us really have a say. Something you have never let us do. But you wont? Why? You don't have the balls Brown. You don't have the balls.
