Where did the weekend go?

One minute it was Friday evening and I was leaving work to do meet Dusan. We both went to the gym together after going to Habitat. Go figure, the Central London Habitat closes at 1830 on a weeknight. You would expect 8PM for the West End at least eh?

Saturday Dusan had to work an evening so we both vegged during the day and cleaned the appartment. At 3PM I made my way to the gym with the aim of seeing how long it took me to cycle 10 KM. That's how far the journey is according to TFL.gov.uk. I figured that as 1/4 of the department seem to cycle into work it could be something I could consider. Afterall, if I have cycled 12 miles round trip it would take away the need to do the gym quite so often. It took me 40 minutes but I am still not sure that it would be safe for me on the roads. I am half asleep for at least the first hour or so in the mornings. I managed to get stuck into a film also so was at the gym a good few hours.

Saturday evening I had to go to Sainsburys. Okay so itw as nearly 8PM when I got there but its advertised as being open till 10PM. I was not alone in my complaints as other shoppers were also commenting that if they cant even stock tghey shouldnt remain open. Not a single Herb, Not one Banana, No Tomatoes, completely out of Milk. Half the shelves were completely bare and it was as if they just didnt bother to restock. Its not the first time half the things are out of stock. You dont expect it at a Londn store. Down the road however the Asda has tons of Fruit and Vegtables. A far better selection and their prices are better. Its just the meat is better at Sainburys.

I had to go back to shop again SUnday to pick up all the things that I had been unable to get the day before. One was not pleased.

Saturday Evening I met my friend from South Africa, Rui, at XXL. I was in half a mind as to whether to go or not. I kind of wanted to spend the weekend at home and just relaxed. But I had fun. Sunday was spent at home but for an emergency trip to Sainburys again.

The weekend is passed and its Tuesday already. Where did the weekend go? Oh I remember now, I slept through most of it! Well if you need it, take it!
