Having decided after looking at a handfull of flats last weekend that we would really like to live in Deals gateway we stated to concentrate our efforts on looking at available properties there. One I saw on Tuesday was just that bit too small. Hoever the one that I saw online yesterday looked near perfect.
Dusan was off yesterday so I sent him off to have a look. He knows exactly how much space we need and what sort of standard we are looking for. When he called back and said it was ideal I called the agent and put in an offer. By mid afternoon it had been taken off the market and our offer accepted. So now its over to the hands of the solicitor and all the paperwork and surveys and things will start to move. Fingers crossed it all runs smoothly.
Woke up at 0630 and have another launch today. 47 people to train before 2PM. I think this afternoon I will come back and need a power nap. Roll on the Christmas holidays!
