10 Years this week

I had a text yesterday reminding me that it was 10 years ago yesterday that I first went to the coming out group, Turning Point. This led me to within a week having my first boyfriend and then within 2 weeks I had plucked up the courage to tell Mother and Father. Amazing to think that its been 10 years and what a 10 years its been.

Fanny once said to me that coming out changed my life and how much happier I have been since. From a miserable depressed young man to a happily married out man with a loving family, a gay family and so many dear loving friends. I guess that really does make me a Lucky Bitch eh?
