Well after months of planning and talking about it we have finally made the move back to London and albeit into our sub let short term lease of a London Town House. We share with Lisa. A dear friend we have known for about 7 years now and its kind of more like a family reunion than a moving in party.
We unpacked what we needed to and moved out of the garage the stuff that needed to move in order to get my car, the dear Samantha into it.
Then a quick trip to the garage a minutes walk to get some wine before cooking dinner and chilling with a DVD. Tonight Chicago the musical. Fabulous. As I look out of my middle floor from my 3 storey townhouse I look at the view. With the light in the background we see terraces of Chimne's dating back 150 years. Its almost like the view from the roofs of Cherry Tree Lane and Mary Poppins.
The week ahead is looming. Another long week at the office. It may be long in hours but I have the lovely Trish to keep me company. I do relish the weekends though.
As a final word of parting, A million appologies to my best girl, Gill. I missed her birthday. I was so busy with work I didnt even have time to check personal email and all my birthday reminders. Forgive me Gill. We miss you and sorry I am so caught up in life at the moment.
Much love to you all and thanks for reading.
Love always
Neil
PS - its Tom's Tribute night, Friday from 1830 at Comptons Pub, Old Compton Street. Everyone welcome. :-) XX
