Had a meeting in Soho yesterday afternoon. It works quite well as we all get a chance to escape our usual places of work and have a meeting and then it was onto do a little shopping before meeting up with Dusan & Kenton for a drink in the Duke of Wellington (Magner’s of course). After 1 in the Duke we went to the Yard and met with Stuart & the Leather Queens, Mark & Richard. Mark & Kenton had theatre tickets so we all met prior for a drink and headed to Balan’s for Dinner while Dusan went down to Borough to see his old flat mate Antonio.
Dinner in Balan’s was followed with drinks in Compton’s and then Richard and I made our way back to Surrey Quays were the car was parked. Problem with driving up is that I cant drink, but I don’t need alcohol to have a good time.
I picked up Dusan at London Bridge at around 930PM and we had talked briefly about going to Rude Boyz. But as we are going to DTPM & RVT on Sunday we decided that we would far rather go home and spend time with each other rather than in a noisy club. I’ve only got 5 more days until he goes home and so we spent the evening chatting and watching movies. (I say Movies, he does like my Adult DVD collection – LOL).
Was in bed by just after 12:00. I don’t know if it was a particularly warm night or that I’m not used to two bodies in the bed but it was boiling. Fairly busy day catching up with good friends and good company but quiet enough for a school night. Oh and look, it’s the weekend again :-)
